The Malmö Academy of Music is run by the director.
The administrative organisation of the Academy consists of two programme offices - the Office of the Music Teacher Programme and the Office of the Performance and Church Music Programme. In addition, the Academy has a number of common divisions; the Library, Information and Concerts, Career Services Centre, Personnel and Schedule Planning, Practical Services and Technical Equipment / IT / Piano.
The main tasks of the programme offices consist of the teaching, planning, development and the following up of the programme and its courses. The divisions common to the whole Academy are responsible for their particular area and all decisions made within it.
