Voice Training School
The Voice Training School is a school for students who are training to
become vocal instructors at the Malmö Academy of Music.
At
the beginning of September each autumn singing auditions are held for
members of the public who want to be ”practice objects” for the students
at the Academy.
The jury conducts a voice analysis
and you are then interviewed about what kind of music you want to sing
and the singing goals you have.
Vocal Pedagogy students then
select applicants according to their needs and profiles.
Not
everyone is guaranteed a place. The number of places available
corresponds to the number of vocal pedagogy students.
Please

year of birth.
NB! The number of audition
places is limited to 100. If we have over 100 applications, applicants
are placed on a reserve list in the order in which their applications
are submitted.
If you are accepted onto the
programme, training is free of charge. Training takes place on Thursday
evenings at the Malmö Academy of Music, located at Ystadvägen 25 in
Malmö.
