If your music was art what would it look like? 

Bertrand Chavarría-Aldrete is one of the doctoral students at Malmö Academy of Music. He works with "Plastic Extensions of Music", a project where he extends music and ultimately creates something new in another medium. The end result could be a painting, a sculpture, a performance or an installation. Or something else.

Open call to musicians

Bertrand is now looking for musicians to join a series of collective and individual sessions. As a participant, you get to create a "Plastic Extension" of a solo piece from your repertoire during the next school year. The end result will be an exhibition concert  April/May 2024.
