Concert and event planning tool

(for employees)

This is where you, as an employee, will find brief information about production planning at MHM, as well as a link to the planning tool.

This form is filled in once per each event/concert.
It is not possible to use the same submitted answer for several events/concerts, you will have to fill in the form for each individual activity.

The form takes about 10 minutes to complete, if you have an approximate idea about the details of the event/concert.
Many of the questions have checkboxes with already filled in alternatives for answering.
You do not have to have all the information, nor have made all the choices about your event, to fill out the form.

Please note that the planning tool is not a form for ordering equipment, concert halls and the like.
This form is made for information gathering to be able to plan resources for our productions, and to create an overview of the academic year.

Regular order requests for equipment, setting up the room etc. is still done via the Helpdesk.
Concert halls/other rooms are booked via TimeEdit.
