The library at Malmö Academy of Music supports the educational activities conducted at the school.

We are a service function and a support for students, employees and researchers. All employees and students at Lund University can reserve our books and are welcome to use our material. The general public also have access to books but sheet music, DVD’s and CD’s are only available to members of the academy.

The library's collections occupy about 600 shelf meters and consist of notes, phonograms, music literature, recordings and magazines. We also offer access to important databases in the field of music.

We have computers, listening stations, a media room and quiet study places.

Welcome!

Your LU-card also serves as a library card. You just need to register for a library account via LUBcat, the online library catalogue of the Lund University. The LU-card is valid as long as you are employed or study at Lund University. If you are not affiliated with Lund University and do not have a LU-card, you will need to visit one of the university's libraries to register first.
