Concerts & events

The students at Malmö Academy of Music give around 200 concerts each academic year.

The performances range from classical symphonic music and opera, to jazz, pop, rock, and world music. There are tributes and self-written material, traditional and contemporary pieces. Regardless of genre, you can look forward to a memorable experience of high musical quality. In addition, most of our concerts are free.

Come and meet tomorrow's musicians today!

Malmö Academy of Music’s Symphony Orchestra

Malmö Academy of Music's Symphony Orchestra consists of around one hundred students who work in intensive projects under the direction of nationally and internationally established guest conductors. The repertoire consists of Classical, Romantic, and contemporary music.
